Policy Details
- Down payment is non-refundable with the exception of poor weather conditions.
- The booking date cannot be changed after confirmation.
- Please adhere to the arrival and departure times stated on your end. Do not leave the campsite unattended and inform us in case you decide to leave before the agreed time.
- We are not responsible for the loss of any of your personal belongings or any injuries that occur on the campsite or due to activities provided.
- The individual will be liable to pay in full for any damages to equipment on the campsite.
- Please be mindful of your campsite and try to keep it tidy.
- An insurance fee of AED 500 is required which will be returned to you once the setup and equipment are received in clean and sound condition.
