Policy Details

• Reservation will be confirmed after receiving a refundable security deposit of AED 500.
• Full payment is mandatory within two days of the event date.
• The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation.
• The reservation will be cancelled if the security deposit is not paid within 24 hours.
• You can rent the setup for 6 hours (4:00 Pm - 12:00 pm)
• An additional AED 200 per hour is applicable for a time period exceeding 6 hours. (Maximum 2:00 am)
• Any damage to products will incur a deduction from the security deposit.
• In case of bad weather, reservations will be postponed for another day.
• Bank or Money exchange shops are accepted modes of money transfer.
• A security deposit of AED 500 will be required for this setup.
