Beetroot salmon gravlax, dill blinis, herb cream fraiche, pink grapefruit. Sweet pea and leek tartlets (v). Mini mushroom, thyme and truffle quiche (v). Fresh fig, creamy brie and balsamic pearls (v). Basil waffle cone, quinoa, red pepper creme fraiche, orange, fennel (v).
Notes

- A deposit of 50% is required for all functions.

- Cancellation of the event within one week will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
